Cancellation Policies

Reservations for low and medium seasons may be canceled and / or changed up to 07 days before the check-in date, with a refund / refund of previously debited amounts. After 07 days or in case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to withhold the amount of the first night.

Reservations for low and mid seasons may be changed and/or cancelled up to 48 hours before the check-in date, with a refund/return of the amounts previously debited. After the 48-hour period or in the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to retain the amount of the first night's stay.
