Deposit / Guarantee Policies

At the time of booking, the full amount of the accommodation will be charged as a guarantee for the reservation, which can be paid in up to 10 interest-free installments, with a minimum installment of R$ 150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais). | If the card details are invalid or there is insufficient funds for full payment, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. | Note: for payments by card, it is mandatory to present the credit card at check-in in the name of the reservation holder or by filling out the acknowledgement of use of the card by third party(ies).

At the time of check-in, we will pre-authorize your credit card in the amount of R$300.00 per day as a guarantee for any extras you may have during your stay. At the time of check-out, you will be asked to release the limit. The refund period will depend on the bank that issued the card.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations for high season may be changed and/or cancelled up to 7 days before the check-in date, with a refund/return of the amounts previously debited. After the 7-day period or in the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to retain the full amount of the accommodation.

There will be no refund in case of change/cancellation.

Reservations for low and mid seasons may be changed and/or cancelled up to 48 hours before the check-in date, with a refund/return of the amounts previously debited. After the 48-hour period or in the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to retain the amount of the first night's stay.
