Cancellation Policies

Reservations for low and mid seasons may be changed and/or cancelled up to 48 hours before the check-in date, with a refund/return of the amounts previously debited. After the 48-hour period or in the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to retain the amount of the first night's stay.

Reservations for high season (holidays, events, months of July, November, December and January) may be changed and/or cancelled up to 14 days before the check-in date, with a refund/return of the amounts previously debited. After the 14-day period or in the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to retain the full amount of the accommodation.
