At the time of booking, the full amount of the accommodation will be charged as a guarantee for the reservation, which can be paid in up to 10 interest-free installments, with a minimum installment of R$150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais). | If the card details are invalid or there is insufficient balance for full payment, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. | Note: for payments by card, it is mandatory to present the credit card at check-in in the name of the reservation holder or by filling out the acknowledgement of use of the card by third party(ies), which is available at https://www.laghettohoteis.com.br/politicas/autorizacao-de-debito-em-cartao

Cancellation Policies

Reservations for high season may be changed and/or cancelled up to 14 days before the check-in date, with a refund/return of the amounts previously debited. After the 14-day period or in the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to retain the full amount of the accommodation.

Reservations for low and mid seasons may be changed and/or cancelled up to 48 hours before the check-in date, with a refund/return of the amounts previously debited. After the 48-hour period or in the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to retain the amount of the first night's stay.
