Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The full amount of the stay will be charged as a guarantee at the time of booking. Payment can be made in up to 10 interest-free installments, with a minimum installment of R$150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais). | If your card details are invalid or your balance is insufficient to cover full payment, your reservation will be automatically canceled. | Note: For payments by card, you must present a credit card at check-in in the name of the reservation holder or by completing the card usage acknowledgment form.
If you do not present the card at check-in, you will be asked to provide a new card upon arrival.

Upon check-in, we will pre-authorize your credit card for R$300.00 per night as a guarantee for any extras during your stay. Upon check-out, you will be asked to release the credit limit. The refund timeframe will depend on the card issuing bank.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations for high season may be changed and/or cancelled up to 7 days before the check-in date, with a refund/return of the amounts previously debited. After the 7-day period or in the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to retain the full amount of the accommodation.

There will be no refund in case of change/cancellation.

Reservations for low and mid seasons may be changed and/or cancelled up to 48 hours before the check-in date, with a refund/return of the amounts previously debited. After the 48-hour period or in the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to retain the amount of the first night's stay.
